These terms and conditions of sale apply to sales of products to the reseller. These conditions apply in Europe.

The quantity of stock on our site is indicative. Your order will be validated after confirmation of Notion World.
Price
The prices of products sold by Notion World are in Euro excluding VAT, TAX. Prices will be to change without information.
Photo, Catalog
Photographs and product sheets on the website or the catalog are given by Notion World only and are not contractual. Notion World can modify photographs and records at any time without information.
Order
Orders can be taken by web site, e-mail, fax or Post mail. An order becomes final only after confirmation of Notion World. Any order suppose full acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions of sale.
Delivery time
NOTION WORLD will inform the customer delivery times on receipt of order. In case of unavailability of the product ordered, the customer will be informed immediately and will have the availability to cancel the order.
Shipping charge
Shipping charge in Europe ; 24 Euros for an order to 200 Euros, 20 Euros for an order from 200 Euros to 400 Euros. 18 Euros from 400 to 600 Euros. Free shipping from an order 600 Euros. Send by DHL International
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the payment confirmation. Delivery will be made by a carrier of our choice for any requirements for this transport. Upon receiving the client will check the goods and reserves written on the delivery if necessary. All claims must be sent to Notion World by registered letter within 3 working days of delivery of items.
The minimum for delivery is 100 Euros.
The buyers take a charge of the shipping cost. Techno-J will inform shipping price with an order confirmation.
Payments
The product price is payable by bank transfer, Paypal . Order is payable before shipping.
Notion World will keep an order while 15 days. Order will be cancel in case of no-payment in this delay.
Property
NOTION WORLD retains ownership of goods until payment in full of the invoice. The customer is responsible for the product upon receipt.
Retraction
The customer has a period of seven days on receipt of products to return the ordered products to be exchanged or refunded. The product must be returned in their packing of origin, and intact. They will be exchanged or refunded on the basis of the purchase price deducted from the cost of transporting product.
Error or complaint
Any errors or claim may be mentioned by mail, e-mail or fax within seven days of receipt. In case of defect or nonconformity of the product delivered duly noted by NOTION WORLD, the customer may obtain a free replacement or refund the product at our option to the exclusion of any compensation or damages.
Warranty
The customer benefits from the legal warranty for latent defects. The warranty is strictly limited to replacement of defective parts as part of the legal guarantee. The cost of labor, disassembly and replacement of parts remain the responsibility of the customer and the shipping and return.
Disputes
Any dispute that cannot be solved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Paris.
